I've been wanting dental implants for acouple years now. I'm unmarried; I am 28 years old and I should still feel young and beautiful. I should still be in my hay-day. But ever since they started pulling all my teeth, that's not the case. It's SO completely oppisite. I absolutely hate smiling anymore. I'm beyond embarassed. I have a partial but it hurts really bad to chew on it and it's very uncomfortable. I don't want a full set of dentures. I just want real teeth; or the closest I can get (implants). Since you all seem to allready have them, did you have any type of dental plan or insurance that helped with the cost????? I just can't afford these implants. I want nothing more then to have teeth again. (Something everyone takes for granite) So if you know of anything that could help me, I would appreciate it more then anything. Thank-You

I have three lower jaw implants and 2-3 weeks since the time of insertion I developed hand tremors for which I now take Inderal. The insertion sites are still achy after 1 1/2 years and I have pain down my neck! I've also lost about 20 pounds. I have checked with my DDS and naturally they say everything is OK. X-ray looks good. YADA YADA I have a history of bouts of arthritis type pain two are three times a year when under stress or eating the wrong foods. Now these bouts of pain are 24/7. If these things were not SO EXPENSIVE I would have them out. Does anyone have a solution or a similar problem??? Is it possible to develop a problem with titanium to sensitive individuals????

Sirs, I have had thoracic spine surgery in 2004. During the first follow up visit, I told the doctor my ribs felt different from one side to the other. When asked why, he said they had to remove a rib and replace it after taking a graft from it. OK. I had pain on my left side, starting from the solar plexus going under my left arm to the T7-8 area.
It has been six years. I have stopped taking all the narcotics for the obvious reasons, mood, constipation, taking more because they do not work as before. This pain has taken over my life. In December 2008 I went to my family doctor to see if we could find a problem (scar tissue?). Had a CT scan only to find out I needed a double coronary bypass. Another chest opening. They said nothing could be found that would cause my pain. So here we still sit with phantom pain. What is being done in this field? Have you any others with similar situations? All I get are confused and "please finish your story because I have other patients" looks. I am 59 and not looking forward to the future.

I have tried chiropractor's and physical therapy and I have walked out the way I went in or worse. I have had a prescription for hydro-codeine and all I did was get me dizzy and the pain was still there. I need relief and I need it now.

I am 33 and had this pain sense the birth of my first child, I have acute sciatica, it comes and goes and there time where I can get rid of the pain with stretching and there's times where it doesn't work. I can't sleep, walk, sit I can't do the simplest thing's that I do. Bladder control is hard to control. It can be on the right or left or both. It has really became a pain in my butt and I want help to fix this problem.
