		<description>My mother had a stroke a year ago and is in bed about 70 to 80 percent of her day.  We are thinking about a foam mattress but the visiting nurse said she recommends egg crate foam and will get a recomendation for Medicare to pay for it.  What is the difference between the two?</description>
